The Meade 07348 Variable Projection Tele-Extender for ACF/SCT models requires the Meade 07182 eyepiece holder and offers different focal ratios while creating eyepiece-projection photography. This item attaches to the threading of the eyepiece holder that comes standard with the all Meade ACF/SC telescopes. The 15 to 32-millimeter eyepiece is then placed in the holder. Digital SLR (DSLR) cameras require a T-mount, which must specifically be ordered depending on the brand. This tele-extender can also be used for prime focus photography without an eyepiece and weighs 165 grams (5.8-ounces).
