Online shopping

posted: 15 May 2021

We have introduced the option of purchasing the products listed on this website. Payments can be made by credit card or debit card. All items can be shipped within mainland Great Britain. Additionally, we may be able to ship smaller items beyond this region depending on the delivery location and the selected goods.

Delivery location

Customers can select products by visiting the product pages and clicking the Add to Basket button.

As soon as a product is placed in the shopping basket, the customer will be given the opportunity to select the country and post code (zip code) for the delivery.

Once this is done, the shopping basket will also display the shipping cost to the customer’s location and the total cost.

Items that cannot be shipped to the desired location will be highlighted and the customer will be prompted to remove them from the shopping basket.

Shipping

The cost of shipping depends on many factors including the type of goods, volume, weight, insurance, transport, tax and customs. Goods are delivered on weekdays. We cannot arrange deliveries on weekends and public holidays. The customer will be provided with the delivery tracking information as soon as the order has been manually processed.

Payment

Payments can be made by credit card and debit card. In certain cases, we may be able to accept payments by other methods. Please contact us by email for details.

Confirmation

Customers receive an automated email as soon as an order has been placed. We also send out a confirmation email to the customer as soon as we have processed the order manually. Orders are processed on weekdays between 10 am and 4pm GMT. We are closed on weekdays and public holidays.

Stock levels

The stock levels shown on this website are updated on a daily basis. When products are out of stock, the availability date will be shown if it is known. If there is no availability date shown, it suggests that we do not have this information and these products may take months to become available or not at all. We do not accept orders for items that are not in stock.
